Still cooking
It's been so long since I've posted that I thought I'd give a quick update. Sadly, things have come to a complete standstill in my knitting life. My visions of drawers full of tiny baby sweaters, hats, and socks were dashed by pregnancy induced carpal tunnel. I do have several sweaters in the drawer, and hope that after delivery my perfectly functional hands will be returned to me. The good news is that this is the worst of my pregnancy complaints! My gestational diabetes has been controlled by diet, and only in the past couple of weeks have I had swollen ankles. My blood pressure has been up a bit, so it looks like we may have a 2007 baby after all! Tax deduction - woo hoo! I'll post an update once the baby arrives and we've settled in a bit. In the meantime, Happy Holidays!

I had the pg induced carpal tunnel too. Thankfully it went away a little while after the birth. Hopefully yours will too. Won't be long now! Good luck!
Yay baby soon! I hope you feel better too and can knit again - I had no idea you could get pregnancy-induced carpal tunnel (but admittedly I know next to nothing about pregnancy). Good luck these last few weeks :)
Glad you're well overall. Think of it as a knitting break :). Hurray, a baby soon!!!!
My goodness, 2007 baby... I really need to sew some buttons on a little something fast! Please e-mail me you adress again, I seem to have mislaid it. Glad you're feeling well and that the carpal tunnel is going to go away when the baby is out.
Holiday hugs!
Wow, a 2007 baby :) Good luck with delivery and setteling in!
